1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Sona website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can buy from Sona

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm the billing details are accurate and that the payment method belongs to you.

3. Your account

Some features (order history, faster checkout, warranty registration) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@sonamusic.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices, taxes, shipping costs, and any active promotions are shown at checkout before you confirm. Your order is an offer to buy — it is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time before shipment, including for:

  • Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse.
  • An obvious pricing or stock error.
  • Failure to verify identity or payment.
  • Shipping restrictions to your address or country.

If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund the full amount within 7 days.

5. Payment

We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout, plus PayPal and Stripe-supported methods. Payment is authorised at checkout and captured when your order ships. We never store full card numbers.

6. Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping is free on every order. Express shipping is offered at a flat rate at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are guidance, not a guarantee — the binding details are in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to return any Sona audio product for a full refund, no questions asked. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Full conditions and the step-by-step process are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

8. Warranty

Every Sona product is covered by a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. Batteries are covered for the full 3 months against capacity loss below 80%. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage outside the rated IP class, normal wear of ear cushions or tips, or unauthorised repairs.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to.
  • Resell Sona products in commercial volume without a written reseller agreement.
  • Use automated scripts to scrape, monitor or copy our content.
  • Upload anything malicious, defamatory, or infringing.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Sona site — text, images, logos, designs, audio, and software — is owned by SONA Audio LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, except where mandatory US state consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your home state.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.
