Orders & delivery
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders ship same day before 2pm and arrive in 2–3 business days. Every order is carbon-neutral and ships free.
What's covered by the warranty?
Three months on every product, parts and labour. Batteries are covered for the full term against capacity loss below 80%.
Can I return them if the fit isn't right?
Yes — 7 days to listen. If they're not for you, return them for a full refund. We even cover the return shipping.
Do they connect to more than one device?
Sona One and Air hold multipoint connections to up to three devices and switch automatically to whatever starts playing.
Are replacement ear cushions available?
Memory-foam cushions and tips are sold separately and designed to be swapped tool-free in seconds.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start picking and packing within minutes — email support@sonamusic.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only — to all 50 states. We don't currently ship internationally.
Returns & refunds
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Buy any Sona audio product, try it for up to 7 days at home, and if it's not for you, email us for a free prepaid return label. Refunds land within 7 business days of us receiving the return.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email support@sonamusic.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice — within 7 business days of approving the claim.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Every return inside the 7-day window includes a prepaid label.
Warranty & repairs
How long is the warranty?
Every Sona product has a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, including batteries against capacity loss below 80%. Wear-and-tear parts (cushions, tips, cables) are sold separately as spares.
Can the battery be replaced?
Yes. Ear cushions, cables, and on most models the battery, are designed to be replaced without tools. Contact support if you'd like a guide or a service quote.
Account & payment
Do I need an account to buy?
No — guest checkout works for every product. An account just lets you track orders, register the warranty, and check out faster next time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major US credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe, plus PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout where supported.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Card numbers never touch our servers. The entire site runs over TLS.
